| 英文摘要 | 企业资本结构问题是一个具有重大理论价值和实践意义的研究课题。资本结构的选择在企业融资决策中占据着核心的地位，如何确定优化企业资本结构——这一问题具有很强的现实意义。2008年3月21日，中国证监会正式发布创业板规则征求意见稿和征求意见稿起草说明、意见稿的出台，预示着我国创业板市场的临近。本文正是以我国创业板上市公司为研究对象，采用实证分析发着重研究创业板上市公司资本结构的影响因素。 全文共为分五个部分。第一部分介绍了本文的研究背景，界定了资本结构这一概念，并对国内外相关研究的文献进行了综述，并提出本文的创新点和不足之处。第二部分整体回顾了资本结构理论的发展历程及发展现状，为文章后部分的主题实...; The capital structure is a major theoretical value and practical significance of the research topic.
