| 英文摘要 | 产业集群是产业组织的新发展和地区经济发展的新现象。在全球竞争的挑战下，成功的区域往往拥有自己的核心竞争力，这一竞争力表现在地方的特色集群上，大量相关的企业集群所形成的地方化的产业氛围。集群内的创新活动是集群发展最根本的内在动力。这种创新力既来源于集群的技术创新，又来源于地方文化中蕴藏的鼓励创新的精神，以及有利于地方创新主体竞争和合作的制度和社会结构，即集群的创新环境。因此，研究集群的创新系统，以提高产业集群的创新能力和竞争能力，具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。 本文在参考了国内外的相关文献与资料的基础上，通过对集群创新过程与集群创新影响因素的分析，构建评价集群创新能力指标体系及分析综合评价方法...; Industrial cluster is the new development of industrial organization and the new phenomenon of regional economic development .Under the challenge of global competition, the successful region often has one’s own key competitiveness, which often display in local characteristic cluster and the industry atmosphere.
