| 英文摘要 | 随着改革的深化，我国的劳动力供需矛盾日益突出，失业人数的增加一直困扰着我国经济的发展。正当人们为“人多”造成的劳动力供大于求而苦恼时，“人口老龄化”问题亦悄悄浮上水面。在两者的相互作用下，中国劳动力市场的供求总量不平衡问题究竟是会有所缓和，还是将要面临更大的挑战，值得我们关注。 本文以福建省为例，利用“五普”资料，《福建省统计年鉴》和《福建经济与社会统计年鉴》中的相关数据，预测了2001-2030年福建省劳动力市场上的供求变化趋势。之后利用预测数据、引入经济学模型分析了劳动力市场供求变动可能对经济、社会造成的影响，并提出了有针对性的政策意见。 本文的创新之处及研究意义主要体现于：一，从考察...; As reform goes further, the contradiction between labor supply and labor demand becomes more and more severe.
