| 英文摘要 | 20世纪80年代以来，企业社会责任尤其是劳工标准问题开始在各国被提及。到90年代中期逐步形成了企业社会责任运动，并企图将劳工标准和国际贸易挂钩，以此来指责某些国家在国际贸易中违反劳工标准的规定，侵犯工人权利，进而影响国际贸易差额，甚至造成国际贸易机制的扭曲。我国由于是劳动密集型产品的主要出口国，在劳工标准方面更是不可避免的成为指责的对象，面对劳工标准和国际贸易挂钩这一历史趋势，我国对外贸易受到的影响已显而易见。并且随着国际劳工标准在我国的逐渐推行，其影响将不断扩大。 本文主要采用定性的研究方法，介绍了有关劳工标准问题的基本概念、产生背景，概括了劳工标准问题发展的最新动态和新发展，并进一步分析...; Since the 80s of the 20th century, corporate social responsibility, especially the issue of labor standards began to be mentioned in all countries.
