| 英文摘要 | 摘要 随着跨国公司“研发”的全球化，中国作为一个发展中的国家，其不但政治稳定，而且经济持续高速发展，市场庞大，基础设施优良，劳动力资源丰富且成本不高，因此，自20世纪90年代以来，就有不少跨国公司开始在中国设立研发中心。目前，跨国公司投资“研发中心”已成为他们在华投资的重要组成部分。跨国公司在华“研发中心”与我国政府及企业之间存在一定的竞争与合作关系。由于我国的创新能力还受很多因素限制，创新的能力不够，创新资源不足，企业的抵御创新风险的能力和经验不足，因此开展与跨国公司的合作技术对解决我国技术创新面临的部分问题有积极的作用。因此，如何处理好与充分利用这种竞争合作关系，对提高我国科技创新能力具...; Abstract As a developing country, China owns stable politics, enduring and high-speed economic development, huge market, good fundamental facilities, and abundant and low cost labor forces.
