| 英文摘要 | 现代经济增长不仅仅表现为量的增长，更重要的是结构的优化升级。从一定程度上说，现代经济增长方式就是以产业结构变动为核心的经济成长模式。进入21世纪，世界经济发展的一大特点是经济全球化与区域化相互促进，一同向纵深发展。与此相应，当代产业结构演进最突出的特征就是开放性。具体而言，一国产业结构的演进早已跨出国界，与同一国际区域内各成员国的产业结构在互动中形成整体性的演进，而世界产业的发展则在国际区域产业结构之间的交流互动中逐步成长。我国自改革开放以来，产业结构调整取得了重大成就，但是从国际比较看，中国产业结构高度化与发达国家之间还有很大差距，结构矛盾在进入新世纪表现得更为突出，因此，在区域经济一体化条...; Modern economic growth shows that it is more important to upgrade the industrial structure than to promote the quantitative increase.
