英文摘要	摘要 房产税改革是近来的热门话题，是关系中央、地方政府、房地产市场及普通居民的重要议题。2010年6月1日，中国政府网全文公布了《国务院批转发展改革委关于2010年深化经济体制改革重点工作意见的通知》，其中明确提出，要逐步推进房产税改革，指出“逐步推进房产税改革”是深化财税体制改革的重要内容之一。同时，政府已经将房产税改革列为国家“十二五”规划的重点改革内容，这充分体现了国家对这次房产税改革的重视和推动这项改革的决心。特别是今年年初，房产税改革正式在上海、重庆两地开始试行，标志着房产税改革已正式提上政府工作日程。那么，在我国房产税改革是否可行？房产税改革的难点是什么？房产税制度该如何设计？本...; Abstract Property tax has become one of the key topics in recent years.
