| 英文摘要 | 恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类生活质量的一种慢性病，研究我国恶性肿瘤疾病负担，对于各级部门制定卫生决策，合理分配卫生资源，提高人们生活质量有着重要意义。本研究分两部分，第一部分采用现有的数据资料推算我国恶性肿瘤疾病负担和疾病经济负担状况；第二部分采用调查问卷的方式，搜集乳腺癌患者的有关资料，探索影响恶性肿瘤住院费用的主要因素，从而为医疗服务机构提供参考依据。 我国卫生部公布的现有的数据资料，多以发病率、死亡率等传统指标来衡量，该类指标虽然有计算简便、易于掌握的优点，但却不能反映疾病对人的社会价值即社会生产造成的影响也难以反映疾病造成的伤残程度和持续时间。因此，本文采用世界卫生组织（WHO）推荐的能够...; Malignant tumor is one of chronic disease which seriously threat to the quality of human being.
