| 英文摘要 | 改革开放以来，中国经济实现了飞速发展，然而经济增长的同时也带来了诸多结构性问题，目前最为突出的一个就是“两高一低”，即“高投资、高出口与低消费”。导致该问题的原因有很多，而其中一个就是高储蓄，它在一定程度上加剧了我国经济的内在不稳定性。本文以居民储蓄率为研究主体，从理论与实证两个角度来探究我国居民储蓄率的形成机制，本文的主要结论如下： （1）本文在Zou（1996）的框架基础上，通过内生政府支出，求解一个含有私人消费、公共消费、私人资本存量和公共资本存量的动态系统。结论表明，存在一个最优资本产权结构，使得经济能够登上平衡增长道路。在此基础上，本文通过引入资本产权结构来探究转型与储蓄率的关系，...; Since reform and opening, China’s economy has made great progress.
