| 英文摘要 | 改革开放30年来，我国经济发展持续保持着高速增长态势，产业结构也随着经济发展而不断优化升级。但按照区域梯度理论应该发生的发达地区边际产业向落后地区的转移，却没有按照预期的发生。为缩小地区之间的差距，党和国家提出了区域经济协调发展战略，从1999年提出实施“西部大开发”战略，继而又提出“振兴东北老工业基地”，促进“中部崛起”战略，出台了一系列优惠政策鼓励东部地区企业到中西部地区投资办厂，然而多年来的实践表明，政策的绩效并不明显，尽管沿海地区劳动密集型产业经历了30年的快速发展，但迄今为止，尚未出现向中西部地区成规模转移的趋向，学界把这种产业区际转移滞缓的现象称为“产业的区域粘性”。因此，探寻导致...; The reform and open policy for 30 years, our country economic development has made the tremendous progress, at the same time, among different areas the development disparity is also further expanded, to reduce the disparity, the party and the country proposed the coordinated development strategy for regional economy.
