| 英文摘要 | 改革开放以来我国市场经济不断向前发展，国民收入不断稳步提高，但是在经济规模迅速膨胀的同时也面临着一些新的经济发展困境，公共服务均等化的实现对于解决这些经济发展困境具有重要的现实意义。我国作为农业大国，农村人口几近占全国人口总数的七成，但是农村地区的基本公共服务供给却存在着众多问题。从总量上看，我国农村地区的基本公共服务供给水平还未达到全国平均水平，与城市居民享有的基本公共服务水平相比仍然存在着较大差距。从供需体制上看，我国农村地区的基本公共服务供给长期处于“自上而下”的强行供给模式，农村居民的基本公共服务真实需求基本被漠视。因此改变当前城乡基本公共服务二元化供给结构，切实保障农村基本公共服务供...; Since China’s reform and opening up, market economy continues move forward and the national income steadily increased.
