| 英文摘要 | 信用评估是信用体系建设的重要组成部分之一，是信用体系的基础，它对规范信用市场、评价企业经营状态、分析投资价值等具有重要作用。信用风险是我国商业银行所面临的最主要的风险，对贷款企业信用状况提供一种科学的评估依据是商业银行的重要研究课题。商业银行的信用评估工作直接关系着银行的经营。 本文在对国内外信用评估方法和技术以及我国商业银行信用评估现状和特殊性进行分析和研究的基础上，指出我国商业银行现行的信用评估指标体系存在指标简单、偏重财务、忽略宏观经济和行业因素等缺陷。为了解决这些问题，本文试图构建一种合理的企业信用评估指标体系，为商业银行的贷款决策提供科学的依据。在对大量关于信用评估指标体系和信用评...; Credit evaluation is one of the most important parts of the construction of credit system, and it is the fundamental of credit system.
