| 英文摘要 | 研究发现，由于对货币非中性功能的论证和认识上存在不足，现行的宏观经济学理论存在重大缺陷（包括凯恩斯理论和目前的主流理论），使之难以解决中国经济面临的以经济结构问题为核心的十大难题。这些理论缺陷之所以迟迟未能纠正，与宏观经济和货币理论研究的经济模型缺陷、分析方法问题、研究方向误区有密切的关系。本文构建了符合现代市场经济基本特征的经济模型——拥有过剩产能的产销均衡经济体，运用全新的经济研究方法——情景推演法，通过不同情景下的货币投放推演（避开了从货币需求研究入手的传统思路），成功地完成了对货币非中性功能的存在性论证，并对其存在机理作了全面的解释。论文分别站在生产者、调控者、消费者、借贷者角度，阐述...; According to research, due to insufficient argumentation and knowledge of the non neutral functionality of currency, the existing theory of macroscopic economy has significant defects (including Keynesianism and presently mainstream theories), so that they are hard to address ten key problems faced by the economy of China centered by the problem of economic structure.
