| 英文摘要 | 近年来，我国外汇储备规模增长迅猛：2006年2月底超过日本跃居世界第一，2006年10月超过万亿美元大关；2007、2008年增长均超过4000亿美元；2008年底达到19460.3亿美元，接近两万亿美元大关。近两万亿美元的外汇储备已相当于2008年我国GDP的约48%。巨额的外汇储备尽管对我国经济运行发挥了一些积极作用，但更多的是负面影响：外汇储备快速增长使央行被动投放大量基础货币，一方面降低了央行货币政策的独立性并增加了对冲成本；另一方面也加剧了流动性过剩问题，提高了当局宏观调控的难度。此外，巨额外汇储备由于主要货币汇率（尤其是美元）相对人民币持续贬值而大幅缩水，蒙受了较大的机会成本和风险...; In recent years, the scale of Chinese foreign exchange reserve increase rapidly.
