| 英文摘要 | 随着改革开放的不断深入，我国面临着日益严峻的就业形势。在我国，由于就业弹性不高，仅靠高经济增长难以缓解就业压力，如何通过建立起完善的公共就业服务制度来解决我国严重的就业问题，是一个重要的课题。本文通过对我国公共就业制度的现状和面临的挑战进行分析，研究如何完善我国的公共就业服务制度，以便更好的促进就业困难群体的就业，缓解就业压力。第一章是本文的导论部分，主要介绍选题意义、目前国内外对公共就业服务制度的研究现状、本文所采用的研究方法以及创新和不足；第二章着重介绍了与公共就业服务制度相关的理论基础，并对一些基本概念进行了界定；第三章分别从国外和国内两条主线出发，回顾了公共就业服务制度的内涵以及发展历...; As the push of china’s open-up，the job market in our country is experiencing a tough situation.
