| 英文摘要 | 基于互联网的电子商务正在高速发展，物流产业正从传统向现代进行转变，趋势不可逆转。物流作为电子商务发展的基础，其重要性正在日渐凸显。但目前我国物流产业发展的滞后，已经成为制约电子商务发展的瓶颈。如何提高我国物流产业的信息化程度和整体水平以适应电子商务的发展要求，成为我们亟需研究和解决的问题。 本文首先对物流和电子商务相关概念进行界定，并且对交易费用理论、核心能力理论和国内外的研究现状进行梳理和综述，作为本文分析的理论基础。其次，从供给推动和需求拉动两个角度分析电子商务和物流产业的辩证关系，物流产业的发展伴随物流供给能力的提高能够促进电子商务的发展，同时电子商务发展产生对物流的需求从而推动物流产...; With the rapid development of e-commerce, the logistics industry is in transition from traditional to modern that trend is irreversible.
