英文摘要	本文综合利用经济学、社会学等工具，在现有研究基础上，对中国农村公共品问题进行系统深入的研究。第一章指出了本研究的意义：“三农”问题在中国具有特殊的重要性，而公共品是农村发展的关键，公共品理论也是一个成熟的理论分析工具。 第二章则是对当代西方财政学理论中的公共品理论进行一个简单的梳理。在公共品理论中，核心难题是供给问题，因而，本章对公共品的供给机制有较多的探讨。 第三章主要探讨当代中国农村亟需的公共品，包括农田水利建设、农业科技、农村市场培育、农业综合支持、农村环境保护、基础设施、义务教育、医疗服务、社会保障、对农民工的支持政策以及基层政府建设等。这些物品可能是公共品或私人品或混合物品，因而...; With the development of China's economy, more and more people are beginning to be aware of the importance of the problem of agriculture、rural areas and farmers.
