英文摘要	随着国际贸易迅猛发展，我国进出口贸易规模的不断扩大，为国际贸易融资开辟了广阔的市场，为银行发展贸易融资业务创造了有利的条件。目前我国中小企业在国民经济中发挥出举足轻重的作用，创造了近60%的国民生产总值，为社会带来了超过75%的就业机会，可是贸易融资难严重阻碍着中小企业的发展。虽然近些年来，我国采取了很多措施来解决中小企业的融资难问题，该问题在一定程度上也得到了一些缓解，但对大多数中小企业来说融资难依然是制约其进一步发展的重要原因。随着外资银行的纷纷进入，贸易融资领域将是中外资银行的必争之地。本文论述了中国银行业国际贸易融资业务的现状，针对银行拓展中小企业贸易融资业务过程中存在的问题，分析了造...; The enlarging import-export trade scale's of China, which not only contributes to the expansion of international trade financing but also provides the advantage for the bank to develop the trade financing business.
