| 英文摘要 | 论文以财政支出结构改革和后危机时代稳定就业为选题背景，希望通过财政科教支出与就业之间的关系分析为解决就业难题和财政支出结构改革提供一点思路。论文一定程度上弥补以往文献的不足，在实证分析中研究不同区域财政科教支出对就业影响的差异性。 本文首先通过人力资本理论、索洛经济增长模型、奥肯定律等对财政科教支出与经济增长和就业之间的关系进行定性阐述，并分析了科技和教育的总量对就业的影响渠道，科技和教育对就业均有促进作用和挤出效应。接着，论文的第三部分分析了我国财政科教支出的现状。同时分析了劳动力就业形势，及未来就业面临的问题。在理论分析的基础上，本文采用1981-2011年的相关数据，测算近31年我国经...; The background of this subject includes the reform of fiscal expenditure structure and employment stability in the post-crisis era.
