| 英文摘要 | 20世纪80年代末，标志着冷战结束的苏联解体和中东欧国家的剧变，使得欧洲乃至世界的政治与经济形势发生了根本的变化。从1989年开始，大部分中东欧国家开始由原有的计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨的过程，主要通过市场化、私有化和经济自由化等方式来实现。中东欧国家的FDI流入虽然在一些时期出现了波动，但其总体趋势一直保持上升的姿态。外资流入对于转轨中的中东欧国家的市场经济体制的建立、产业结构演进、对外贸易发展和劳动力就业等方面都起着重要的作用。而中东欧国家开始转型的同时，欧盟也开始了其向中东欧扩张的步伐。欧盟东扩不仅是出于政治利益的考虑，其对于各个成员国和联系国的经济也能产生强有力的影响。对于中东欧国...; In the late 1980s, as the end of cold war and successive upheavals in Soviet Union and Central Eastern European Countries (CEECs), the political and economic situations in Europe and the world changed ultimately.
