| 英文摘要 | 本文以中国近代货币金融史论为题，围绕货币体系、金融机构、金融制度、金融市场与金融中心等各层面展开讨论，力图以近代各时期货币金融结构变迁为历史主线，探索中国近代货币金融史的发展规律。本文主要运用社会学理论、金融结构理论和货币银行学理论对中国近代货币金融结构变迁过程加以说明。本文主要涉及中国近代货币形态发展变化探究；外商金融势力、中国旧式金融机构和官办金融力量消长变化成因探究；新民主主义货币金融业的发展及其在中国抗战和解放战争中的历史地位与作用，和最后取得胜利的历史必然性探究，等等内容。指出南京国民政府的金融法制建设和中央银行制度的最终确立是推进中国近代金融业走向现代化的重要标志。同时，还从空间角...; With modern Chinese currency as a unit of analysis, this study explores currency systems as well as financial agencies, institutions, markets and centers.
