| 英文摘要 | 由于多种因素的影响，中国传统的家庭养老模式出现种种危机：急剧的少子化导致家庭人口结构出现了“四二一”模式，使得家庭养老不堪重负；劳动力流动和城市化等社会经济现象，进一步削弱了家庭养老的功能。恰恰是家庭养老功能的不断弱化，使得老年人对机构养老的需求越来越大，从而给机构养老业带来较大的发展机会。在老年人养老问题备受关注的情况下，研究机构养老的影响因素，进行机构养老的市场容量预测，分析机构养老的供给与需求平衡关系，更具有其现实意义。机构养老需求的影响因素繁多复杂，包括人口因素、经济因素和社会因素等，本研究构建了一个较为完整的理论框架，并通过因子分析方法验证了理论框架，得出较为重要的影响因子，最后从市...; As a result of aging, there are many nuclear families in China.
