| 英文摘要 | 近年来，极端气候的发生对全球及区域经济都产生了极大地损害，为了因应可能发生的全球变暖现象，全球多数国家已经达成温室气体减排的共识，并促成京都议定书的生效。中国在2007年时已成为全球最大温室气体排放国，虽然不属于京都议定书中附件一所列缔约方而承受减排责任，不过近年缔约方大会正逐渐迈向所有缔约方皆须承担减排义务的趋势，本文以中国为对象，针对中国在未来若采取减排政策时所面临的经济影响进行研究。 本文以一般可计算均衡模型(ComputableGeneralEquilibriumModel，CGE)为架构，于模型中置入生产端减排变量、销售端减排变量和消费端减排变量作为政策方针，利用情境分析方式，探讨...; Recently, the incident of extreme weather in global and regional economic have led huge damage.
