| 英文摘要 | 货币政策中介目标是连接货币政策与宏观经济的纽带，是货币政策运行系统中的重要环节，中介目标选择得适合与否直接影响着货币政策的实施效果，因此与中介目标相关的问题一直是学术界探讨的热点。 改革开放以来，我国一直将信贷规模作为货币政策的中介目标，直到1998年我国央行取消了信贷规模限制，货币供应量成为唯一的货币政策中介目标。不过，在货币政策的实施中，央行往往采用新增人民币贷款作为实际的中介目标。2011年，社会融资规模首次作为货币政策中介目标被正式提出，至此，学术界掀起了新一轮的讨论，社会融资规模是否适合作为我国现阶段的中介目标？目前我国应该如何选择适合国情的中介目标呢？这都是本文尝试回答的问题。 ...; The intermediate targets of monetary policy are the connection between monetary policy and macro-economy, and also the important part in operation system of monetary policy, whether the intermediate targets are suitable or not will influence the implementation effect of monetary policy, so the discussion related to intermediate targets is always the hot issue in academia.
