| 英文摘要 | 二十一世纪是全球人口老龄化的时代。人口老龄化是由生产力的发展水平决 定的，是经济发展的必然产物，其不可逆趋势对世界各国养老保险的发展产生了 深远影响。在国外，一直盛行着“养老金计划就是资本市场”的说法，资本市场 深刻影响着养老基金的发展。如今人口老龄化愈加严重，资本市场参与者、投资 环境、监管力度、宏观经济条件等都发生了重大变化，资本市场影响养老基金的 机制面临着不确定性。从资本市场角度研究人口老龄化对养老基金的影响，具有 重要的理论与现实意义。 本文从理论和实证两个层面来研究资本市场角度下人口老龄化对养老基金 的影响。理论方面，本文通过引入人口老龄化模型来修正跨期替代模型（O...; 21s t century is the age o f aging populat ion.
