| 英文摘要 | 农村劳动力的迁移是一个重要问题，它不仅关系到数亿农民的福利水平，也关系到中国未来的发展。自改革开放以来，中国的城镇化步伐明显加快，在这个过程中，劳动力由农村向城镇的迁移起着重要作用。如何用经济模型分析劳动力迁移的过程，包括农民做出从农村迁移到城市的决定以及到城市之后如何进行人力资本积累，这些都值得我们进行深入研究。 本文主要是在数理模型的基础上，利用程序进行校准和数值模拟，并进一步地利用中国省际面板数据和城市统计数据实证分析中国流动劳动力和城市居民人力资本积累环境之间的差异，最后针对改善流动劳动力的人力资本积累环境提出了相关政策建议。 本文从理论模型方面进行创新，首先在Lucas模型的基础...; Rural-Urban migration is an important issue, which matters the welfare of millions of farmers and the future development of China.
