| 英文摘要 | 越来越多的文献关注到了政治激励对于中国经济发展的影响，研究发现，在中国目前市场经济体制还不健全的情况下，政治激励对于促进经济增长起到了显著作用。本文认为，政治激励背后的逻辑不仅可以用来解释官员促进地方经济增长，也适用于解释地方官员在经济发展中的其他行为，比如说，推动政府信息公开。推动政府财政预决算和“三公经费”的公开，是中央政府近年来十分关注的事情。在中央政府和高层领导人的大力倡导和推动下，各学术研究机构观测到不同地方政府的财政透明度却不尽相同。本文通过实证分析发现，地方政府官员在面临不同程度的政治激励时，他们公开本地财政预算信息的动力有着很大的不同。具体来说，在中央政府和高层领导人大力推动政...; An increasing amount of literatures have concerned on the impact of political incentives on Chinese economic development.
