| 英文摘要 | 随着经济全球化的深入发展，跨国公司研发组织的模式发生了重大变化，突破了将研发机构保留于本国的传统格局，从自身的全球经营战略出发，不断在海外建立科研机构。我国自改革开放以来，经济保持着高速增长，跨国公司也高度重视我国市场的战略地位，不仅提高了在我国市场的投资，也加大了在我国的研发投资。但是我国不同的省份之间存在着很大的差异性，在经济水平、科技水平、人才素质、基础设施、产业配套等方面发展不平衡，跨国公司在我国进行研发投资时，应充分考虑这些因素，从而做出正确的区位选择决定。 本文首先从跨国公司海外研发投资区位选择的基本理论出发，在分析跨国公司在我国研发投资的现状的基础上，对跨国公司在我国研发投资区...; With the deepening of economic globalization, multinational R&D organization model has undergone major changes.
