英文摘要	2014年5月，国务院《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》中提出：“探索发展股份制、混合所有制职业院校，允许以资本、知识、技术、管理等要素参与办学并享有相应权利”。目前学术界对于高等职业教育“混合所有制”的研究探讨尚不充分。如何认识职业教育“混合所有制”，如何看待“混合所有制”与职业教育发展的关系，职业教育“混合所有制”改革到底改什么，这些问题都有待作出回答。 本论文通过分析我国高等职业教育发展现状以及高等职业教育发展所面临的问题，结合产权理论、所有制理论、教育公益性理论，对我国高等职业教育“混合所有制”改革的目的和操作路径进行了探讨。论文主要包括以下几个部分： 第一，介绍研究缘起，总结前人...; In May 2014,The decision to speed up the development of modern vocational education which State Council issued stressed that To explore the development of joint-stock and mixed ownership occupation colleges, allowing capital, knowledge, technology, management and other elements involved in the process and enjoy the corresponding rights.
