英文摘要	近年来，随着我国高等教育质量不断提升、高校国际化水平不断提高，愈来愈多留学生选择来华学习。作为一个兼具外国人及学生身份的特殊群体，留学生们一方面不可避免地投入到留学地社会文化的融合之中，另一方面也为学业付出着知识和智力上的努力。异地文化的冲击、国家使者角色的扮演、自身成人角色的确立以及来自学业的挑战与考验无疑将贯穿于他们留学生涯的始终。作为仍以学习为主要任务的来华留学生，他们的学习适应状况逐渐得到学界的关注。 本研究以跨文化学者Kim的压力－适应－成长动态适应模型为理论基础，采用质性研究范式，通过目的性抽样选取二十名厦门大学来华留学生进行访谈调查，最终在对两个具有代表性的来华留学生个案的探讨...; With the continuous improving of the quality of China’s higher education and the unceasing deepening of the internationalization level of institutions of higher education, a growing number of international students choose to come to China for their further education.
