英文摘要	论文将大学教师作为大学利益相关者进行研究。研究以利益相关者理论为基础，从质的规定性和量的规定性两方面厘清了大学教师作为大学利益相关者的基本性质，明确了大学教师为什么是大学的利益相关者，以及大学教师在大学诸多利益相关者中处于何种地位；在此基础上，对大学教师作为大学利益相关者的利益要求及其实现进行了实证研究；最后，在以上应然解读和现实分析的基础上，探讨了将大学教师作为大学利益相关者所蕴含的大学内部治理方面的意义。 论文创新之处在于：拓展了大学教师问题的研究视角；解释了大学教师为什么是大学利益相关者；评估了大学教师在大学利益相关者中的优先度；从大学教师作为大学利益相关者的角度为大学内部治理改革寻求...; The dissertation researches faculty as the stakeholder of university.
