英文摘要	20世纪五六十年代，世界性的高等教育大众化浪潮风起云涌，多样化高校招生考试改革成为统考之外的另一分支蓬勃兴起，统一与多样化相结合、综合评价的高校招生考试模式成为新世纪世界各国的主流趋势。日本高校招生考试制度改革与高等教育大众化如影随形，在大众化进程中逐步确立了两次考试、统分结合、综合评价的日本式高校招生考试制度，不仅扩大了高等教育入学机会，推广了高校招生考试公平，也助益日本高校选拔人才。早在1963年，日本高等教育就进入了大众化阶段，但是，进入21世纪以来，伴随高等教育普及化阶段的深入，日本高等教育入学率却陷入凝滞，止步不前的高等教育入学率折射出了日本高校招生考试制度改革的局限与弊端：学力考试...; Popularization of higher education flourished throughout the world in the 1950s and 1960s.
