英文摘要	摘要 高等学校境外办学是我国高等教育国际化发展到一定水平后的新生事物，是我国高等教育“走出去”的重要形式，也是我国教育对外开放、提升国际化水平的重要途径之一。本文立足于对我国高等学校境外办学现状的分析，探讨我国高校境外办学的特点及其存在的主要问题，并借鉴主要跨国高等教育输出国海外办学的成功经验，对如何保障我国高等学校境外办学质量提出几点思考。 本文共分为五章。第一章为绪论，主要说明了问题来源、相关概念、国内外高等学校境外办学的研究动态以及论文撰写的思路和方法。第二章是对我国高等学校境外办学的总体分析。该部分对我国高等学校境外办学的发展进行总体概述，具体分析了我国高等学校境外办学的发展过程、...; Abstract Chinese universities running schools abroad is a new thing that following the development of the internationalization of higher education.
