| 英文摘要 | 在人口少子化、竞争全球化等环境影响下，台湾高等教育在面向21世纪的转型中出现了质量下滑、经费不足等问题，高等教育改革成为政府施政重点，教育部门出台了许多相关的政策计划，“提升教学品质”成为其中一项重要议题。在《奖励大学教学卓越计划》与《迈向顶尖大学计划》的推动下，台湾各大学院校纷纷成立教师发展专责机构，试图通过推动大学教师发展达到追求教学卓越、平衡研究与教学的目的。经过近十年的教师发展实践，台湾已经形成了具有特色的大学教师发展模式。对此理论模式与实践经验的探索可以丰富大学组织管理理论和教师职业生涯发展理论，为大陆大学教师发展的制度化进程提供有益参考。 本研究旨在探究台湾地区大学教师发展之现况...; There were some problems such as the decline of educational quality and the deficiency of funds in higher education in Taiwan when had been met transformation of the 21st century in the impact of low fertility and global competition.
