英文摘要	20世纪90年代以来，随着世界各国跨国高等教育的快速发展，质量问题层出不穷，引起社会各界的广泛关注。如何对跨国高等教育进行有效的监管、如何确保跨国高等教育办学质量，如何促进各国的学历、文凭、学位和资格认可成为各国政府和国际性组织的研究课题。英国作为跨国高等教育的主要输出国，一方面鼓励大学积极参与跨国高等教育办学活动，一方面重视跨国高等教育的办学质量，以维持国际声誉。经过二十几年的探索，目前英国已经形成一套比较完善的内外结合的跨国高等教育质量保障体系。本文通过梳理英国跨国高等教育的发展和质量保障历程，分析英国跨国高等教育的内外部质量保障体系的框架，并对我国高等教育境外办学质量保障体系的构建提出几...; Since the 1990s, with fast development of transnational higher education across the world, quality issues emerge and cause the focus of the society.
