| 英文摘要 | 中等教育与中等后教育是一个教育系统中既相互独立又相互制约的两个阶段，高中与中等后教育的衔接问题不仅关系到人才的培养和选拔，还关系到整个教育体系的健康发展。由于我国高等教育大众化的进一步推进、高中教育的进一步普及和社会对高等教育质量的更加关注，使得中学与大学的衔接问题日益凸现，已经造成了不可忽视的现实问题。但国内理论研究匮乏而现实问题凸显，所以我们转眼美国的发展轨迹寻求可以借鉴的解决办法。 为了提高大学教育机会及学位获取率，美国高中和中等后教育机构制定了“基于学分的过渡计划”，该计划常见的几种模式有：“进阶先修课程计划”（AdvancedPlacementProgram）、“双重注册课程计划”...; The secondary education and the post-secondary education are two independent and interacting stages in the educational system.
