| 英文摘要 | “学生发展”是“人的发展”概念在高等教育语境下的延伸。高等教育关注学生发展既与高等教育功能的拓展有关，也是现代大学的使命所在。10多年来，中国高职教育基本完成了补偿性发展的规模扩张，但社会认同度不高，其最具概括力的说明就是所培养的人才与社会所需相距较远。高职院校以学生发展作为内涵建设的逻辑起点，能够超越高职教育与经济发展之间简单的工具对应，并成为解读中国高职院校内涵建设的逻辑密码。在高等教育大众化阶段，由于高职院校的培养目标、专业内涵以及实现途径和普通本科院校不同，那么，在学生发展问题上，着力点也理应有所不同。如果说，对本科院校而言，学生发展的目标是“精神中见职业”，那么，高职院校的学生发展目...; Student development is an extension idea of human development under the context of higher education.
