| 英文摘要 | 竺可桢既是浙江大学的灵魂人物，也是中国近代杰出的教育家。在浙大的发展史上，竺校长作出了杰出贡献。在他长校的十三年间，浙大经历了最艰难的抗战时期。他率领浙大西迁的意志和其先进的教育理念、办学实践，为浙大的迅速崛起奠定了坚实基础，也为中国近现代教育史留下了宝贵的精神财富。 本论文分为五章。第一章绪论，主要包括本研究的选题意义，相关研究成果综述，研究的思路与方法、重点及难点；第二章概述竺可桢的生平及人格特质，从他的教育背景及教育实践考察其高等教育思想的来源，进而论述其高等教育理念的内涵，揭示竺校长的人格魅力及高等教育理念对其事业成功的重要影响。第三章简要回顾浙大的办学历程，概述竺可桢对抗战时期浙大...; Zhu kezhen is not only the soul of Zhejiang University, but also an outstanding educator of modern China.
