| 英文摘要 | 职业教育是现代教育的重要组成部分，是工业化和生产社会化、现代化的重要支柱。我国正处于经济腾飞、产业结构调整阶段，急需大批直接在生产、服务、技术和管理第一线工作的操作型和服务型实用人才。但由于我国职业教育比较落后，发展缓慢，已严重制约了国民经济的发展。因此积极推进职业教育体制改革，大力发展职业教育，培养高素质劳动者是我国当前的重要战略任务。德国是世界上职业教育最发达的国家之一，有着完善的职业教育体系、严格的师资培训制度、配套的职业教育法规，更有其经济腾飞的“秘密武器”——“双元制”职业教育模式。我国职业教育改革必须结合我国的国情，借鉴德国的成功经验，在实践中探索有中国特色的职业教育发展之路。本论...; As an essential component of modern education, vocational education is the important backbone towards industrialization, production-socialization and modernization.
