英文摘要	由于历史的原因，中国大陆与台湾地区高等教育的发展轨迹有所不同，但大陆与台湾属于同一文化根基，教育上有着共同的历史渊源，在私立高等教育领域具有一定的相似性甚至相通性。 台湾私立高等教育比较发达，这在一定程度上归功于其健全的政策法规体系。台湾既有私立高等教育的专门法律法规，又有其他的相关法律条文规定，形成了系统可行的法规体系。在大陆，民办高等教育政策法规建设相对滞后，政策法规的制定与完善是民办高等教育事业面临的一项重要的课题。基于我国大陆民办高等教育发展的现实需要，对大陆与台湾私立高等教育政策法规建设的相关问题进行比较研究具有重要的理论和实践价值。本文尝试着对大陆与台湾私立高等教育政策法规进行比...; Due to historical reasons, the higher education in Mainland China and Taiwan district are in different courses.
