英文摘要	高校教师发展正面临重要转折时期，以前主要关注的是政府和学校层面发起的培训进修是否制度化、是否有效率，后来要探讨的是作为教师发展导向的教师绩效评价体系是否合理，未来则是要揭示教师个人生涯发展如何与学校内部和外部的各种需求相适应，求得社会、高校、教师、学生的多赢局面。高校教师无疑要有反映外部和内部需求的变革意识。 高校教师面对挑战，已经采取了改变课程与教学、激发学生学习主动性的某些措施，可以将它们看作是在教师与学生之间建立完全非功利的“知识需求激励”和“知识需求满足”的关系。但是考虑到社会、学校、教师和学生的现实状况，建立带有某些效用特征的“需求激励”和“需求满足”关系（这为“知识交易理念”所认...; The development of university teachers is in the period of important turn.
