| 英文摘要 | 当前择业压力下，高校毕业生普遍存在择业焦虑，择业焦虑情绪影响毕业生的身心健康、学习、求职与生活。本研究主要考察高校毕业生择业焦虑状态；研究毕业生择业焦虑与择业自我效能感、应对方式的关系；设计团体心理辅导实验对毕业生择业焦虑进行干预，以此来充实高校毕业生择业焦虑的研究，为高校就业指导工作提供理论和实践上的支持。 自编高校毕业生择业焦虑问卷具有良好的信效度，研究结果发现当前高校毕业生的择业焦虑水平处于中等偏下水平，而影响毕业生择业焦虑最主要的两个因素是缺乏求职自信、担忧工作条件。 研究表明，择业焦虑在学历、兼职经历上有显著差异。应对方式和职业决策自我效能感直接影响择业焦虑；职业决策自我效能感也...; Graduates endure the Career Decision-Making Anxiety (CDMA) which will do harm to the graduates’ mind and body health, and will influence negatively to the development of studying and life.
