| 英文摘要 | 深圳作为沿海经济发达的特区，人口、经济先行，高等教育却后发，在区域研究中极具代表性与研究价值，同时，根据潘懋元先生的教育外部关系规律理论，本论文着眼于高等教育的外部关系规律，以一种创新的研究视点探讨深圳高等教育的创新发展，这符合当前建设创新型国家与高等教育创新发展的大背景，对深圳提升其城市定位、增强国际影响力以及成为国内示范城市，起着不可小觑的典范作用。全文共分四章。第一章为导论，说明本论文的选题背景、选题意义、文献综述、概念界定、研究思路与研究方法等；第二章主要探讨深圳市人口、经济与高等教育的历史发展概况；第三章是与主要城市的比较，了解深圳在社会经济发展和高等教育发展方面与其它城市之间的差距...; As a special economic zone, Shenzhen has developed its economy.
