| 英文摘要 | 知识经济时代，高素质创新人才成为国际竞争的焦点。人才培养离不开教育，中学是基础教育的关键期，更肩负重任。而人才培养模式影响着人才的质量，因此培养高素质创新人才，必须进一步改革当前的人才培养模式。在素质教育背景下，创新人才培养模式改革极具紧迫性：创新人才培养模式，是实施素质教育的必然举措，也是素质教育的实现途径；创新人才培养模式改革，最终是为更好地推进素质教育。 本研究将中学阶段的创新人才培养模式改革作为重点，将更好地推进素质教育的实施作为出发点和归宿，以创新人才培养模式的现状调查来检测素质教育的实施成效，具体探求：当前中学教育在创新人才培养方面的现状和问题，应当如何推进创新人才培养模式改革？...; At the age of knowledge economy , high-quality innovative talents have become the focus of international competition.
