| 英文摘要 | 随着经济全球化和信息化时代的到来，高等教育国际化、市场化等观念的不断深入，高等教育活动逐步从有界走向无疆，跨国高等教育已逐渐成为高等教育的重要组成部分、未来发展的新方向。跨国高等教育事业的发展符合国家、社会、高校、学生等多方利益需求，各国为之各尽其力，取得不同成效。作为与我国同为一洲、同属发展中国家、同受儒家文化影响的马来西亚，受到国内外各种形势变化的影响，自独立后对跨国高等教育事业的态度逐步转变，从置之不理到严格管控再至鼓励支持；如今，它已取得较大成就，在实施形式、发展策略、质量保障等方面走出一条独特之路，但也存在一些问题。我国的中外合作办学与马来西亚的跨国高等教育在发展历程、国家政策转变、...; With the advent of economic globalization and information, the internationalization and marketization of higher education have advanced.
