| 英文摘要 | 成就动机是近代心理学研究的重要课题，是非智力因素的核心内容，对人的行为活动和成果有着重要的作用和影响。近年来，随着女性地位的提高，成功女性的比重在逐渐增加，这直接引起了心理学、教育学、社会学等学者的关注，对女性成就动机与创造力关系的研究也显得尤为重要。本研究采用问卷法对310名高职女生的成就动机与创造力关系进行了研究，结果表明：1、高职女生虽然追求成就动机大于避免失败动机的学生所占比例较高，但总体上其成就动机水平不高。2、高成就动机与低成就动机高职女生在创造合力上没有显著区别，但在不同难度创造任务的选择及完成的情况上有区别。3、高成就动机高职女生在较具挑战性、难度水平较高的创造任务上完成得更好...; Achievement motivation has come to be an important research topic on psychology as well as the core of the non-intelligence factors over recent years.
