| 英文摘要 | 二十几年来，我国高职教育取得了长足的发展。作为我国现代高等教育的重要组成部分，高职教育为经济社会发展培养了大批急需的高技能人才。但是，目前我国高职教育发展中存在的问题还很多，人才培养质量问题显得尤为突出。因此，针对高职教育人才培养质量管理进行探讨和研究，是当前我国高职教育改革和发展的需要。 新加坡总人口中华人的比例占到75.2%，在文化传统以及价值观方面都与我国有着很多相似的地方，其教育经验对我国有很大的适用性。本文从质量管理的角度，结合案例对新加坡高职人才培养情况进行介绍与分析，希望借鉴其经验对我国高职人才培养的质量管理与提高起到一定的启示作用。 本研究的创新点主要包括：从质量管理的角度...; In the past more than 20 years, China's vocational higher education has made considerable development.
