| 英文摘要 | 我国高校跨境合作办学包含中外合作办学（引进）和境外办学（输出）两种方式，它是我国高等教育参与国际竞争与合作的重大举措，是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分。十多年来，它在培养造就我国现代化建设需要的复合型国际化人才方面，在弘扬中华文化，提高我国竞争力与影响力方面发挥了独特的作用。但在我国高校跨境合作办学活动方兴未艾的同时，暴露出许多问题，有的甚至是制约其健康发展的瓶颈，如办学法规政策的不完善问题、对法规政策的执行监督不力等。这诸多问题的存在迫使人们开始关注跨境合作办学中的监管问题。 有鉴于此，本论文以我国高校跨境合作办学中的监管问题为研究对象，分四部分来探讨该问题： 第一部分即第一章，属于引论...; China’s colleges’ cooperation in running education, including schools established both in mainland China and in foreign countries, is an important part of China’s higher education and also a significant act that China has taken to take part in the international cooperation and competition.
