| 英文摘要 | 20世纪末以来，经济全球化浪潮席卷全球，推动高等教育国际化迅速发展。在我国实行改革开放，加入WTO世界贸易组织之际，我国高等教育也逐步走向国际化的发展道路，兴起了中外合作办学这种新的办学模式。作为我国高等教育大众化进程的主力军，民办高等教育也积极开展中外合作办学。本论文通过梳理中外合作办学和陕西民办高等教育的发展历程，总结中外合作办学的基本模式及民办高等教育的功能及特点，以陕西省西安外事学院和西安思源学院中外合作办学作为案例，对其项目内容，教学水平，管理制度等方面进行介绍。通过调查研究发现，陕西民办高等教育中外合作办学在办学水平、课程设置、教学评估与办学规范性等方面存在一些问题，文章最后通过对...; Since the end of the 20th century, Economic Globalization swept the world, promote the rapid development of the Internationalization of Higher Education.
