| 英文摘要 | 校友是大学的宝贵资源，大学校友母校认同研究有助于大学更好地提高校友的母校认同。 本研究从理论层面对校友认同的内涵和外延进行界定，在内涵方面界定了校友母校认同的概念和运行机制，将校友母校认同划分为情感、认知、评价、行为四个维度，并将此四个维度划分成精神和行为两个层面；在外延方面，对前人有关校友母校认同的影响因素研究进行了汇总和整理。在此基础上，本研究建构了校友母校认同特征模型和因素模型，在特征模型方面，将校友母校认同划分为记忆型认同、批判性认同和内隐型认同；在因素模型方面，着重分析了意义因素和生存因素对于校友母校认同的不同影响，即意义因素会使校友认同母校，而生存因素则使校友不会对母校产生不认同...; Alumni are the important resources of the university, the research of the university identity of alumni can contribute to the management of alumni.
